About the NCLA
The Netherlands China Law Association (NCLA) was formally registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam on 13 June 2013.
The purpose of the NCLA is to promote professional interest in, and understanding of, the Chinese legal system among its members in the Netherlands and China through exchange of legal knowledge and experience.
The NCLA organizes lectures, seminars, meetings and other similar events for and on behalf of its members and other interested parties, covering a broad range of Chinese law, including but not limited to commercial law, investment law, maritime law, administrative law and arbitration.
Furthermore, the Association will facilitate internships, exchanges, visits and training at universities, law firms and companies in the Netherlands and China.
